hahah... some really amazing theories being bandied around here now. Religious holidays, traders taking a month off from profiteering. There are far more geopolitical influences at play here that would influence the outcome of this deal than festive period hangovers.
Let's just assume that the MOU has not hit the requirements dictated yet and we dont know if and then they will be. Just be happy that they are sticking close to their original time line and call that a win for the moment.
