    Since 2000, Vale SA has acquired some 14 iron ore projects for an eye watering US7.92b.

    I’m reasonably confident that Iron Bear ticks all the boxes, it’s a deposit which fits in with Vale’s long term objectives in a very friendly sovereign risk jurisdiction.

    IMO, If they do proceed with signing a binding agreement, there may be some slight variations to the current terms but when the smoke settles, they will most likely want 100% of the Iron Bear deposit.
