In the case of CLE retaining the 25% share at DTM, Vale WILL carry them. Vale will stump up the CAPEX and CLE's share will be repaid out of future profits. This has been stated in previous announcements. The contract is written so that Vale buys out CLE at reasonable value after the DTM. In case this sum impacts on the ability of Vale to provide CAPEX and buy out CLE at the same time, then the continued JV will endure.
