Another stock we both own (I won’t cross promote) traded strongly to +6¢ until they did a cap raise. Two weeks later and it closed at 3.6¢. Other than a cap raise, there was absolutely nothing else to explain the drop. The cap raise killed the momentum and sent the sp straight back down to where it was prior to the surge.

This JV with Vale is BIG for a Cyclone. No need to cap raise, zero dilution and zero risk for:

1. Advancing Iron Bear to completed PFS.
2. Drilling program to enhance the project.
3. Conducting environmental baseline studies.

I would imagine that most of the drilling program involves infill holes to advance the JORC to a Measured resource.
