Have you been living under a rock for the past two decades?

What do you think the average entry price is for the top 20?

They own 44% of the company, and in the real world, what they vote is what normally happens.

I’m anticipating that 25% of Iron Bear will be worth well north of 20¢ to CLE shareholders, and the top 20 will be voting YES because they will be making a killing.

Add Tony Sage to whatever calculation you wish to do and there can be no other way than to flog us off. But for CLE shareholders this will be one of Tony’s big wins.

All IMHO, of course.
