Exactly, why would Vale even waste their time?? Down rampers will be down rampers. Yes, a lull for the moment, but this is happening across the commodity market atm and realistically it was to be expected, isn't it?? Vale taking an interest and having the capacity to make this thing fly whether it is a JV or a takeover, IMO better times ahead but hey I like feeling positive.
