    I don't think it is actually that speculative from Vale's viewpoint, if they didn't want the assett then someone else will and they know that.
    They have done due diligence and have come to the conclusion that its a quality asset hence the MOU becoming binding.
    I don't believe for a minute that they are going to walk away from this.
