    So when do Vale have to pay their USD18 Mil by ?
    why doesn’t it state a date it has to be paid by ?
    Does CLE have to notify once 18 Mil received ?
    does that 18 Mil contribute towards Vale’s research or does the whole amount go to CLE only ?
    Would appreciate answers to these questions
