    Im interested to know if theres an actual deadline within the binding agreement. Whats to stop Vale from dragging their feet with this? They've secured the tenament, they can drag phase 1 out for 2+ years... our shares go south and they do a takeover for less than half the price. Ruthless but if theres no specific deadline in writing whats stopping them? Vale can afford to sit on this for years, CLE however would bleed dry.
