But the 'any other explanation' would easily and not surprisingly be 'speculation that the MOU with Vale becomes binding.' It's clear that's what is happening and I don't think anyone would be surprised by the SP movements. This is a grossly undervalued project and the only standing in it's way is CAPEX funding. As we near closer to a decision on the MOU, big and small money alike is going to be taking up their positions and placing their bets. And I think most of those bets are justifiably biased to the upside.
