I just think with this one people will miss a lot of gains if they wait for the MOU confirmation before jumping in. I expect it will rerate between now and then because the smart money is going to price it in as a done deal. This 'pricing in' is what we are seeing now.

IMO we'll see the share price probably run to 5c, come back and turn 4c into support, then she'll be pushing 10c before the end of January. MOU announcement will then probably just confirm that valuation. Meaning those who aren't in already will probably be waiting til the next catalyst for a rerate, and that will be offtakes. In practice, we all know a fair chunk of those latecomers would've expect instant riches so they will get their noses out of joint and won't be content with waiting. That triggers the retrace from 10 down to 7 or 5 and the standard questions of newbies "what's going on with the SP, they just did a good deal with Vale, how come price from 10 to 7c?" - Then as newsflow picks back up and the weak hands are churned out, the next leg up will come. 25c by next xmas is my target.
