I'm so confused why everyone thinks this is a big deal. The Vale deal only valued the shares at ~$0.0044 AUD for phase 1, and $0.07 AUD for phase 2, and that's assuming no dilution other than options.

Everyone thinking this was going to the moon needs to pull their heads in, instos were never going to value shares higher than the price Vale put on them. It's also too soon to buy in for the phase-2 rerating (which is only 50% upside) as there's significant risk and investors would have been thinking it's hardly more than the S&P 500 return over the next two years. Although the tariffs will now mean a slow two years for us and the wider market.

I sold half my shares at $0.073 because CLE was clearly overvalued. and will be buying back in when this bottoms.
