CLE is no longer a small cap. It is a one of a kind and should be treated as such. It is a small cap in transition. Other small caps and junior miners must operate to the common play script. IE get some money and get a potential project. Find a compelling story and go to market to get some more money. Spend that money and tell another story and go back to the market for more cash. They either find something compelling that they can dress up and sell on or push to the development path.

CLE does not have to do this. They have been plucked out and have a scholarship in the big boys sandpit. The cash is sorted out, The way forward is sorted out. All they have to do be a good little boy. IE de-risking is taking place not finding stories to feed the market.
