Not knocking. Just pointing out some major differences. I am assuming that you are trying to be helpful.
This is 165km further north of Schefferville. This is additional CAPEX. There is no road access. There is air access via lakes and there may be ice-road access. Schefferville has no road access but it does have rail and air.
I also do not know the surface water conditions of the area.
Metallurgy results are scant. A quick search only revealed the Mag FE and SiO2 figures. Manganese may be an issue, There is half a dozen prospects in the immediate area of Iron Bear but Iron Bear was chosen on the basis of purity first and being on dry land second.
They have the same issues as CLE with rail, port and power with 165Km added. I think I saw a study with them exporting through Happy Valley.
I have looked at this project before and this is the extent that I will be looking now.
