Some work getting done behind the scenes on the ERF policy going by that link BR. I like how they state they are not going to hold themselves to a 2020 deadline and will allow the emissions abatement projects to actually achieve their abatement past that date. Lots of opportunity then for a CHTD fed DICE power station to be included in ERF.
