Call it Bonerchip, or duochip....but its a neural IC implant that uses neural responses to overcome impotence, and also incontinence....
Vendor wants to list in Oz, because is quick,cheap, and an ideal platform to grow prior to a Nasdaq listing. PW wants it, but the vendor wants more money than DUO has, and the shell looks ugly. PW says..."if we can do a deal, i will clean up the shell and raise the cash, the only problem is an ASX rule (7.1)....otherwise i could raise overnight." Vendor say OK, but is in a hurry....the tech market is at its prime...
Thinking fast, PW gets Liz to put out an announcement and gets her straight on to a prospectus template.....Gets back to vendor and say " its all go, we'll put down a no refundable option fee and get the ball rolling. The cap raise price is irrelevant, we'll accelerate this and get a consolidation to pull it back to 200m shares." Vendor is after nearly $2m and a dominant shareholding.....The deal is done, PW comes back to the market with the acquisition and CR all in one
And we all live happily ever after......feel free to put up your theory....but dont fight...its not achieving anything...dont pick on me...just trying to lighten the mood....we're all hurting
