There is no doubt that Government financing is an option they are following up on. But the real problem for KPO is that it has to keep the projects moving forward to hit hurdles for partners to join. The recent quarterly leaves no doubt that unless they close a deal we are going to be hit with a rights issue. I do not have a problem with that as shareholders will be given first option and I will take up my entitlement and maybe a little more.I am 90 per cent sure they will get investors into KDP but this will continue to be difficult without final legislation.
