overnight here was Monday in Canada. So realistically we just had day 1 of the last week of August. Interesting to see some volume on the ASX this morning and KPO at 1cent on the Chi-X

Shall i take from that the meetings have gone well and perhaps some offers are rolling in??!?!

My calculations are that a $58M offer for 50% of KDP means KPO holds an asset worth effectively just over 4cents to their share price based on about $1.6Billion shares on issue.

So 4 cents is an absolute base valuation for KPO here. But in reality, the cash will catalyse a $4-6Billion pipeline of projects with unleveraged IRR of 18%.

So if this cash comes in to KDP, then KPO should start to be valued on its potential which is far, far higher than 4cents.
