No doubt GV will spruik this till the cows come home so he can milk that whole $70m kitty for himself and his fellow directors.

All he needs to do is talk about "agreements with Stonepeak" here and there and the emotionally invested owners of this stock think their xmas is coming early.

As much as I hate the risks in this, it really does have the makings of a Disallowed if all these things fall into place.

If Cheniere's Sabine Pass train 6 capital cost is $4.5bn for 4mtpa and LNG's is $4bn for 8mtpa there is an advantage there that could be used to lure buyers.

Whether or not buyers would want to contract with this new unknown player in LNG is a risk in itself.

I don't see why GV isn't taking a pay cut or putting a portion of his salary at risk linked to the agreements. If he believes there will be no capital raising, why not take more salary via options?

That's right, cause he wants to enjoy his million dollar ferrari and sell us his story about how hard he is trying to get these agreements.

At the end of the day, LNG have $60m cash - that's a $0.12 distribution right now if they chose to wind this up now.

With FERC NTP in hand and this revolutionary technology that reduces capital costs like this, rather than spend the next 12 months draining the $60m cash and coming back for a CR. How about theyou look to sell this to Cheniere.

If it actually reduces Chenieres capital cost so that they can build a 8mtpa for the price that they will currently get a 4.5mtpa train with $500m US change, then that's plan B and i would much rather mgmt consider this option too (albeit meaning they won't be on their million dollar salary) it is in shareholders best interests.

$500M US = 1.42 a share plus the $0.12 = $1.56

This a deal that can be struck with certainty (providing Cheniere want to transact). We all get 3x and don't need to waste our time on looking for customers to sign. Leave it to those that are best placed to manage that risk = Cheniere.

This is plan B which should be plan A.
