Like most corner stone agreements, CBQ will be able to;
1. Block any other major investments in Utilitas
2. Buy out Utilitas once feasibility studies are completed
3. Change name to Utililitas
4. Do test work on Bugs that digest coal and produce Biogas.
Electricity from coal with no emissions is a game changer.
Buying CBQ is the only option to get in early.
