Indications out of Canada are that the draft Clean Energy Regulations are due out later this (northern) summer, possibly within the next few weeks.
Later this summer Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault will publish new regulations to require all power to be generated from non-emitting sources by 2035.*
After the draft regulations are published there is about a 75 day consultation period after which the new regulation will be announced.
