itsgas to be fair your “due diligence” has been terrible from day one.
have lost track of the number of calls you have got wildly wrong that are then always followed up with excuses due to things you “couldn’t see coming” - good DD and you should have seen it
the thing with good due diligence is it is largely risk mitigation - you wouldn’t have been caught so off guard as it should have already been accounted for as a possibility …..
then it wouldn’t come as such a great surprise.
