yeboz, ASX and ASIC only have themselves to blame for falling volumes, allowing these criminals to exist in the market is only forcing mum and dad investors back to high interest deposits etc instead of the stockmarket.
the last time i checked, RFE actually sells oil, this commodity touched $96 a barrel last night, all ords touched 4800 this morning yet RFE, a supposed ASX300 stock keeps getting manipulated down or sideways. with the reduced volume this has created, ASIC could easily tell who was responsible and try and cease the practise but as i said yesterday, the people responsible wont be prosecuteable, for a start hiding behind numerous "nominee" accounts and if they could find people responsible, they are more than likely too big to prosecute or they are lunch buddies.
they however, will never get my shares at this price!!
