One of the reasons boards and management get away with this crap is they know you will let them. Sure some of you have been active and sent a letter in but, you need shareholders numbers.
After all...you own the bloody company!
One of the things that caught my attention about ABM is how vocal you all were. Now you just need to be focused. This isn't hard for such a small company.
