value was settled out of court. What is interesting is when the case was lodged in the Supreme Court of USA. I suggest that you do your research on that one. Did Skretting know about the taurine defiency
in the time period when CSS say they were aware that there was a problem/s. That is the question. If you are diligent you may find the answer.

The Management of CSS are aware of this case. I phoned them just in case they didn't.

It all gets down to the Economic Loss Rule in Australia. I have spent maybe 30 hours researching
this as well as having a CPA Accountant do a forensic on current accounts.

All systems are go for me, so I am in. CSS in all probability should win a figure of compensation.
