Agree the biggest challenge with this company lies within the Executive Management team...

Fancy a director responding to shareholders displeasure with the board by saying "I take the blame of having too much money in this (CSS) so I take the blame,'' or "I just wanted to prove you could do more than 300 tonnes? we had 6000 tonnes. I am sorry and I should be crucified for it, but we will never do it again.''

IMO opinion that shows an incredible lack of respect for the shareholders. Maybe that will change in March / April when a CR is called for.

Personally when an employee is responsible for making a decision that's cost the company & shareholders value, as a Director of any organisation you do not respond to the Media or Shareholders that the person responsible "should be shot" ...

The failure lies within the business & it's management team that such potential errors were not identified through it's processes with corrective measures put in place ensuring both the company & shareholders were not exposed as such. Management need to grow up & take responsibility & never think the money of a Director/s is more important than that of a Shareholders.

I don't hold for the above reasons but watch CSS as I am of the belief it will make the transition from a Research & Development company to a successful Aquaculture producer in the long term.
