No if you are looking on the daily cup over the past month, The prerequisite for a CandH is that it forms in a rising trend .
xpe was trending down..
I can still see an Inverted Head and shoulders on the weekly , Although @haspete has challenged me on the neckline direction....perhaps chart it at a better time...
