Yes, this makes you think about the progression of the development of the work under the MOU's.
The MOU's are about R&D collaboration as well as just getting an agreement for licensing, so i suppose all the R&D needs to be completed before a deal is struck and then identities of the parties can be announced with the agreement announcement.
Either there is a lot of R&D on it or they are focusing on other more urgent items.
The MOU's are conditional on confidentiality until an agreement is signed.
We still do not know for sure who any MOU's are with.
