If nothing went further with a MOU, an announcement is required immediately otherwise the Company will be in non compliance with the listing rules.
So far no announcement to that effect. Hence, IMO, that should not be something to worry about.
Besides, ADRC has been successfully ported onto Intel Quark D2000 and Telink's TSLR 8269. Those MOUs if with other parties and announced later, IMO will be bonus to Xped.
