I find it crazy that the performance shares of 125 m market cap are nearly hit on this 'market cap' bs of performance. Literally either the easiest giveaway or plain robbery of good holders. I know everyone appreciates this guys appointment but even the hot copper market cap is coming in at 113m. surely he's done alot during the last week to have earnt those performance shares.

To me performance shares should be based on performing and improving value to shareholders through ongoing work. And the reason why it should have been tied to some sort of revenue, profit or other deal based measurement of performance, not a 'market cap' of a company.

Amazing that this guy is going to get 12.5m shares shortly with a few more pips rises. Oh, and the new 'corporate advisers' , for doing what? Amazing.
