debt increasing with what looks like negative earnings, possible stagnation with only 6% growth, two directors quitting
so might be getting re-priced at p/e ratio rather than 'growth/forward sales'
would bring it down under $100m market cap
been watching and holding for a while, may re-enter at more attractive price since the business looks solid
