I think you might want to do a bit more research. Growth of 6% quarter on quarter (equivalent to 26% P/A) seems pretty good to me. Re the two directors resigning - Craig Smith-Gander moved on to undertake a local venture here in Oz after a long stint at Alexium. Nick Clark resigned for family personal reasons also after a long stint as CFO and then CEO but not until a well thought out and executed succession plan completed the transition of understudy Dirk Van Hyning into the CEO role. Maybe you might want to research that as well. A few throw away lines doesn't cut it really.
