Hi PabloBlanco,

I don't think the entire board of a public company walking out of the door is a sign of integrity.

To me this is an expression of loyalness between mate.

Noel O' Brien was hired by the runaways to fill the gap of their  Lithium experience and knowledge. He has been appointted as non executive director and i bet the one's calling the shots would have put him on the back burner and  dismiss most of his recommendations. 

Instead of asking boy1, malay and al to start plotting a coup against O'Brien , i will suggest that Mr Darryl Butcher, another Paladin fela, with no lithium experience and a chemist by training, who has  been appointted as Project Manager and still on the payroll, be replaced by Mr O'Brien.

Mr Butcher should surrender and join his mate not Noel O'Brien.
