While there was the usual voting for and against the usual AGM agenda's it appears Colin Isles has broken an APG record by getting 100% of the votes that voted with a NIL against!
That's pretty impressive for any Director in any company.
Although all resolutions were passes those that voted no for the other items on the agenda help reinforce the message to the board that performance and results are paramount and to be aligned with remuneration.
I will also say I was impressed in the way he took control of the meeting when needed and answered everyone's questions with the respect they deserved. Some answers a little reserved but understandable given he is not at liberty to divulge sensitive details about current negotiations.
