Firstly, well done to those who held firm today. The day traders and weak hands were doing their utmost to rattle the cage today but now that the day has wore on, many holders are now much more comfortable with the scheme and how it'll look for us.

As others have correctly stated, the conversion ratio is 1 CPH share : 0.395 RLH share. It doesn't matter if CPHs shares are trading at 1c, what matters is the quantity of CPH shares you're holding, coupled with the ongoing success of RLH over the coming weeks.

Reddit and Yahoo Finance forums are ramping up and building incredible momentum and sentiment over in Canada and the US. Off the back of the latest news and the live stream (concluded 11:23pm AEST 17/06), you can feel the excitement and energy.

Why should CPHs management, together with their new RLH counterparts work hard over the coming months?
Collectively, CPHs management only hold 15.31% of the Creso Pharma Shares on issue and 73.03% of the Creso Pharma Listed Options. They need to successfully demonstrate to shareholders (including major investment funds, sophisticated and retail investors) that they will be getting a worthwhile deal when the scheme conversion of CPH>RLH shares take place, in order to get the required 75% yes vote.

The North American market is huge.

All eyes are on RLH now (ticker TRIP). I'm confident the market over there will respond very well, as they did last night. They can buy shares and invest without having to think about delisting - RLH shareholders can buy, hold and their shares will roll over onto the same CSE ticker TRIP.
