Cleaning issues

Attended a funeral Dandenong Le Pine and wondered when it was the last time it was cleaned and who inspects the premises ? The Council advised another visitor who called to inquire today that they dont inspect funeral parlors, so who does if the Greater Dandenong Council Health inspectors don't pay a visit at least once per year?

Dirty Fans , never cleaned in years
Dusty ducted heating vents and obviously ducted system not cleaned in years with black soot.
Old cracks in building
Glass ceiling skylighs never been cleaned in years
Walls could do with some painting.

OH & S Risks to staff and visitors ...Legionnaires disease and so how clean is the mortuary behind the chapel one might ask?

I'd imagine every time visitors go to the Dandenong Le Pine that they might consider the Brand might be a down market Brand? Maybe they dont care because they have a captive business model, but what about the health department taking a better interest?
