Im a bit of a night owl . Also believe their are times in the market where you have to be able just clear the clutter and get in that zone where things start to make sense . I to worry about the losses in super and try maintain some distance to the overall trend of the portfolio .
The psychology is really hard . Im finding with the five thousand area to work with is refreshing and perhaps less inhibiting to not going for it when you know you should . Back testing your rules/skills and where you go is coming more naturally now and i spend hrs looking through scans and charts and do love it even though is hard work.
Often just when i think ive got the system to go with i find something else which throws doubt in my mind . Taking profit is probably the hardest thing for me which is changing slowly .
