re: jh1-1 deep oil testing to start... TR , it will take alot of time imo. There may be 500bcf of gas and 20~50mboe down there .... its along way down , and the formation is 'tight'.
They will need expensive fracs and/or horizontal drills to retrieve wnats there ..
Its all been done before , not new science , but expensive and time consuming ... worth the effort though obviously !
My guess would be , 6 zones x 2 weeks per zone ...
The 'reef ridge' formation should flow ok , the deeper plays will need alot of 'KY' , but will produce also later this year.
