Did you just purposely overlook that most of that remuneration is for the role of Acting CEO.
And have you purposely overlooked the fact that your idol was getting 33.5K a month for 8 years
During which time he had the senior position on a BOD that negotiated a purchase that caused us to lose traction for nearly 2 years.
Caused the number of shares on issue to balloon from 788M>>> to 1.3m>>> thus diluting our share of the company.
Why instead have you not asked yourself the question of why some shareholder/shareholders went to so much trouble to remove the only director with financial expertise.
And want to remove the director who is introducing governance advisory to the company.
Why when we nearly went into insolvency are they doing this????
