The biggest laugh is they have had $3,000 Batteries delivered (being the $1 million issue of shares for Soluna Batteries which is treated as Prepayments.
So they can update the Balance Sheet for deliver of a Battery or two for $3 k but can't write off $230,000 of Younami expenditure capitalised when they decided to not exercise the option on 27 Sept 2019
