Reasons option holders didn't take them up by the deadline date.

1. The board is super tight lipped and these Merchant Bankers are as just in the dark as us even though they handled the initial back door listing and or subsequent capital raisings. The quiet "C'mon maaaate...." over lunch at the Trustee on the terrace didn't budge JD one bit.

2. They do know more than us and decided it wasn't "derisked" enough yet. (Love that word).

3. They are all down Duns way (Eagle Bay to be precise) paddling around on their new SUP boards wearing those embarrassing new board shorts the kids presented them on Christmas day and lining up at the bakery with the rest of us and forgot the deadline.

4. They were worried about making a motza from yet another deal and having to deal with the ATO yet again.

5. They spent too much at Chrissie and had no readies. (The new Thermomix is out and she really "needs" it.)

It's a mystery .....!
