20% of the company at 35c if she is kicked out and doesn't want to lose money, feed in her shares when the SP hits 35c and get money back, not a good scenario for capital growth.
Other side is, she finds a buyer, no overhang and the SP can rise through this level, will be watching for a shift of that 20% for now. Hopefully she isn't spiteful and uses this to suppress while 'her friends' buy up more over time at a subdued level.
