Reading between the lines, as a casual observer, I'll suggest they are right at the pointing end ATM, trying to firm up offtakes and REAL values for the potential production streams.
ALK is a great deal more substantial than any of the bastard offspring of the RE price bubble, although little doubt the HRE fantasy a distraction, and they need to put something to finance & mkt a hell of a lot more credible than that last price/volume effort mid 2015.
Trying to get credible forwards over such a wide range of products streams must be a daunting task, frankly not the time line that matters, rather getting it right.
