Here are my thoughts on water Pablo, first a timeline based on the last quarterly:
OMAN Construction completed May. Production expected by EOY (dependent on Multoteq)
CONGO Construction due to commence this year
FOSTERVILLE Construction completed Nov with commissioning in Q1 2019
CHINA JV with Hoyo won't proceed until Chinese Govt gets what it wants (probably the IP). My hope is that CLQ stands fast until President Trump and Wilbur Ross sort it out within the framework of the USA/China trade negotiations. Plenty of info re China and IP demands as entry to Chinese market, and USA's position re IP/China.
In the meantime, I think the mobile demo plant (due for shipment to a Chinese client for evaluation) is great move in response to the obfuscation and delaying by the Chinese Govt.
All in all, not startling progress but steady progress with many dependencies seemingly beyond their control. An operational site in Oman may lead to other initiatives in the Middle East.
