I don't think I would use the descriptor: "power"
How much has it cost the borrowers (to date) for the 40 odd million shares currently utilized for shorting, to push the share price down?
How much would it cost a long to secure the same number of shares to push the share price up?
Assuming only owner's capital used - any difference?
