Over the last 2 weeks, there are clear accumulation activities. The institutions are buying....
Sometimes they dump one or twice a day to create lower price level. Then accumulates from the low price again.
Today's action clearly shows that someone is buying, but very few people want to sell. They have no choice but raise the price. Still not too many people are selling to them. That is why we have a low volume up day.
Once the Japan NRA gives approval to restart, PDN SP should be in the 60s.
