"Crikey"....No wonder the Judge needed some time to think this through. Seems to me not only corruption but also deception.......Ouch!!!

All depends on what the Judge was asked to do. If the case is based on the LOI and the way it was cancelled he might not take into account the ( allege ) corruption and deception as this dose not come under his scope of works.

Engineers do not make good lawyer's, so not sure how far Judge Browns arms can reach. AIMHO of cource.
