geospud, PRR are not divulging anything to individuals that most shareholders have not already concluded themselves. For those shareholders that are just too thick to come to this conclusion on their lonesome they (PRR) are doing their very best to give clues - without - breaking any ASIC rules.
However, no matter how hard PRR try, there are some that will NEVER get it.
In the absence of an announcement, I have concluded that PRR is still waitiong for approval. Simple as that.
