Maybe robhood is the best person to alert you to the futility of repeating over and over any concern, whatever it may be, on any forum such as this one.
I tend to think you may have a point.....IF information WAS given by management over the phone (doubt it very much myself). But you may be just giving yourself a headache by banging on about it.
