i have called the company - i have mentioned that previously

my 'thing' is the manner by which the company chooses to release information - this whole phone call thing - this is a public company, so information should be released publicly, not just to those people who have called the company to get some answers

i called, because answers were needed

newregime called, because clarification and answers were needed

others have called, because there are not enough details, clarifications or answers being given

and each time, some of those callers come back here and tell us in their words, what someone from within the company said to them ..

it just isn't the way a publicly listed company should be disseminating information.

that is all i'm saying, and this isn't an inconsequential issue - it is a serious issue that needs to be addressed

i can sit here all day and sprinkle praises on our scientific team and their continued successes, but they, like we, depend upon the commercial efforts of the management team - if the management team is not communicating properly and clearly with all the market, using respected mechanisms aka announcements released to the the ASX, then we have to question, why not?

i have spoken to the company, but if what they say to me doesn't pan-out or happen, they can always deny the substance of what was originally said to me, because there is no clear record of what was said, nor can it be corroborated - a very useful, and manifestly unreliable method of 'releasing' information to one person at a time..

Do you think US investors think this type of information release is acceptable? Mate, they crucify companies that play silly buggers with information releases in the States.. oh hey, and that's where we hope to be listed soon..
